Inside the MJF Ventures Portfolio: Software, Services, and Shared Infrastructure

MJF Ventures LLC operates one legal entity and many brands — each with its own go-to-market motion, each consuming shared infrastructure and corporate services from the holding company. This article is the investor- and partner-facing map of what we actually run.

The holding company mission

To empower every brand in our portfolio by providing shared HR, finance, legal, compliance, and oversight — and by owning all infrastructure they run on — so they can focus on what they do best: selling, delivering, and growing.

MJF Ventures multi-brand portfolio architecture

Fitzgerald Tech Solutions (subsidiary)

Our primary client-facing MSP subsidiary: managed IT, hosting, colocation, Business-in-a-Box deployments, and web development for SMB clients across the United States. FTS pays MJF intercompany infrastructure fees under a formal ISA — the model that keeps hardware on the parent balance sheet.

MJF Ventures Software

Brand What it does
Automation Governor / Governor Stack AI workflow orchestration with governance, approvals, audit trails
JobBlast AI job-search Chrome extension
PressForge WordPress plugin commercial line
ScreenFront Digital signage for SMB retail
CleanDesk, DisplayCast, SecureOps Vertical and add-on SaaS lines
SuperGameHost, SurfSwiftly, MFStratux Niche hosting and consumer VPN

GTM tiers prioritize JobBlast and PressForge for launch-now focus; ScreenFront and Governor Stack for active GTM.

MJF Ventures Services

  • AI Integration Services — custom AI for law firms and medical practices
  • Chicago AI Consulting / WiseAI / TotlAI — local and national AI advisory plus hosted LLM gateway
  • Buildcolo, Colochi, DevCloudColo, LabColocation — colocation DBAs on owned hardware
  • eNetServer, ServerHosts — VPS tiers
  • Fixa — consumer and micro-business IT support

MJF Ventures Manufacturing

Protocraftix — embroidery, 3D printing, laser cutting, and branding fabrication using MJF-owned equipment.

MJF Ventures Media

Booze Tourism USA — content and sponsorship brands (Chiboozia, Booze Trails USA).

Corporate asset lines

  • ~309-domain portfolio — parking, brokerage, launchpad
  • Intercompany SKUs — internal pricing for infrastructure consumed by brands

Why the portfolio model matters to investors

Revenue funnels up; overhead is absorbed once. A new SaaS line does not need its own finance department, its own colocation contract, or its own HR policy set. Per-brand P&L still shows what is working — so capital allocation stays disciplined.

Why it matters to sellers and partners

If you sell a tuck-in MSP book or partner on AI delivery, you are plugging into an existing operating system — not a shell company. Infrastructure, governance tooling, and corporate back office already exist.
